2.. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

3. CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A PRINT OR PAINTING SIZE?

It depends on the request and my availability. Please send me a detailed email explaining your needs and I will see if it is possible.

4. WHAT MEDIUM DO YOU USE?

It varies depending on the subject. I mostly work in oils.

5. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PAINTING OR PRINT?

All paintings and prints are for sale solely through my website. Once you click on the product you are interested in, you can add it to your cart and follow the prompts to the checkout. 

6. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All paintings, prints, and products are final sale, except in case of damage. Please email us at info@zaleadold.com if your purchase arrived damaged. In the case of damage, please contact us immediately and attach photos. You will have 14 days from the day you received your purchase, to return it, depending on our evaluation. You will carry all shipping/postal costs. Please also contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
